Heltec MeshPocket
Two devices in one: a complete MeshCore node integrated with a Qi2 magnetic powerbank. E-ink display for excellent visibility. Arrives ready to use.
Important: 868 MHz for Europe
Always buy the 868 MHz version for use in Europe. The 915 MHz version (US) is not allowed in Europe.
What makes the MeshPocket unique?
The Heltec MeshPocket combines two essential emergency preparedness items into one device. A fully capable MeshCore LoRa node sits within a Qi2 magnetic powerbank. Send mesh messages whilst keeping your smartphone charged—from the same compact unit.
The e-ink display provides excellent readability in any lighting condition, including direct sunlight. Firmware arrives pre-installed, meaning the MeshPocket operates immediately upon unboxing with no configuration required.
Heltec Automation, the Chinese manufacturer behind this device, has produced LoRa and IoT hardware since 2014. Their Chengdu-based factory maintains consistent quality across their innovative product range.

Practical benefits
The MeshPocket targets users who value convenience above all else. No assembly, no configuration, no technical hurdles. Remove from packaging, switch on, and join the mesh network immediately.
The Qi2 magnetic charger works with any Qi-compatible smartphone, including iPhones with MagSafe. The 5000mAh version sustains mesh messaging for approximately a week; the larger 10000mAh variant extends this further.
Limitations to note: No GPS and no WiFi—Bluetooth provides the only wireless connectivity beyond LoRa. Firmware updates require a special magnetic pogo-pin cable; the USB-C port handles charging only. Wireless charging during operation may affect LoRa reception.
